Returns
You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it meets the following conditions:
- The watch is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, manuals, and certificates are included.
- You have proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).
To initiate a return, please contact us at [insert email address] with your order number and reason for return.
Please note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your watch for a different model or colour, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your watch arrives damaged or develops a fault within a reasonable period, please contact us immediately. We comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ), and you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in the case of a genuine fault.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Watches that have been worn or altered (e.g. resized).
- Custom or special orders.
- Gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
