Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

At Brian Nairn Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your product, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • A copy of the original invoice or proof of purchase must be included.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or sent in error.

Please contact us first at enquiry@nairns.co.nz before sending anything back so we can approve the return and provide return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a faulty product.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at enquiry@nairns.co.nz with your order details and reason for exchange.
