With nearly 60 years of experience, Nairns continues to set the standard for craftsmanship, precision, and customer service.
We specialise in Swiss watches but offer expert service and repair for all watch brands. Our commitment to excellence has earned us service agency appointments for many of the world’s leading Swiss watch brands. With modern workshops located in both Christchurch and Auckland, we serve customers throughout New Zealand, including Dunedin, Wellington, Hamilton, Tauranga, and beyond.
At Nairns, our team of 15 highly skilled professionals – including qualified watchmakers, polishers, and technicians – undergo continuous training to ensure we meet the latest standards in watch technology and service. We invest heavily in modern infrastructure, diagnostic tools, and specialist equipment, and maintain an extensive stock of genuine spare parts to support our repairs.
